Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI-powered features, workflows, and automation systems.
• Work with APIs, model outputs, and business logic to create practical tools.
• Evaluate model behavior, improve prompts or workflows, and document constraints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements.
• Monitor reliability, output quality, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, APIs, structured data, and AI or automation tooling.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort debugging complex workflows.
• Practical understanding of LLM usage, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into operational value.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
