Process

Our goal was to tell the story of what happens when Showcase enters the space. A patient notices the screen. They pause. Something catches their interest, a treatment they didn’t know about, a question they’ve been meaning to ask. That little moment of attention can lead to real engagement… and often, a booked service. Alongside the public-facing site, we also redesigned Showcase MD’s internal platform, the behind the scenes tool clinics use to manage what shows up on their screens. We focused on making it smoother, cleaner, and genuinely easier to use for busy staff.
